고혈압, 당뇨, 뇌졸증, 심근경색 등의 혈관 질환을 앓고있는 환자들의 경우
혈관의 상처로 인해 혈전(피딱지)가 생기고 이를 치유하려는 자연적 결과로 인해 혈액이 응고되는데,
이 과정에서 혈전이 떨어져나와 혈관 속을 떠돌아 다니게되면,
보통 혈관보다 좁은 뇌혈관이나 심장근육 혈관을 막을 수 있게 됩니다.
뇌혈관이 막히면 뇌경색으로 인한 중풍, 심장근육 혈관이 막히면 심근 경색이 발생하게됩니다.
혈소핀 응집을 억제하게 되면, 혈전이 생성되는 것을 방지할 수 있으므로,
혈관 합병증이 나타날 우려가 있는 만성질환 환자에 대해

복용법:
10온스 컵에 물 한잔과 함께 12세이상~성인 복용
*증상이 있을경우(긴급상황시): 4-8정씩을 매 4시간 간격으로 복용하십시요.
*증상이없이 예방차원에서 복용시: 하루 2~4정씩을 꾸준하게 복용하십시요

24시간내에 48정 이상을 복용하시면 안됩니다.

Uses
For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains or as recommended by your doctor. Because of its delayed action, this product will not provide fast relief of headaches or other symptoms needing immediate relief
 
Directions
drink a full glass of water with each dose
adults and children 12 years and over;
take 4 to 8 tablets every 4 hours not to exceed 48 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor
children under 12 years; consult a doctor

Warnings
Reye's syndrome: Children and teenagers should not use this medicine for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is consulted about Reye's Syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin.
Allergy alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include:
hives facial swelling asthma (wheezing) shock
Stomach bleeding warning: This product contains an NSAID, which may cause severe stomach bleeding. The chance is higher if you:
are age 60 or older
have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems
take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug
take other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others)
have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product
take more or for a longer time than directed
Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer
Ask a doctor before use if you have
stomach bleeding warning applies to you you have a history of stomach problems such as heartburn you have high blood pressure, hear disease, liver cirrhosis, or kidney disease you are taking a diuretic you have asthma

Stop use and ask a doctor if
an allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical help right away you experience any of the following signs of stomach bleeding: feel faint • vomiting blood • have bloody or black stools • have stomach pain that does not get better pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days redness or swelling is present new symptoms occur ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use aspirin during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery. In case of overdose, et medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
